A New and Improved WaterColor and Its Future Expansion

The WaterColor Homeowners have announced the passing of the WaterColor Beach Club Expansion.  Construction is anticipated to start in 2017.

The above picture shows the current WaterColor Beach Club.  The expansion will include another pool extending to the south with many other improvements that will enhance the resort amenities and WaterColor experience.  The necessity of these additions will continue to attract more visitors and maintain WaterColor’s premier rating for resort communities.
