The Developer for Kaiya Beach Resort has just announced the next big project to be developed on Scenic 30A – Kaiya Beach Resort

A new Master Planned Development is coming to 30A!  Developers, Jason Romair and John Pinkerton, are hoping to start construction on this 26 acre development Spring, 2016.  Still awaiting Walton County approval, this mixed use development will offer a well planned mix of commercial, residential, and resort spa and 20 room hotel.  This beach community has been designed to preserve more than 35% of the community for neighborhood parks, wetlands and natural scrub oak growth.

335 Needlerush Drive, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, 32459, located in Phase III of WaterColor,  is a phenominal home!  Not only was it listed by me, but also sold by me in 3 months and at one of the highest prices per square foot sold in WaterColor, Phase III, to date.

Adagio Condominiums has seen a great deal of visitors and buyers this beautiful Fall of 2012.  Within the development, there are only 3 Poolside Condos on the market, and 2 under contract slated to close at the end of November.  D204, with and asking price of %569,000 was placed under contract in 4 days.  There are 2 corner end poolside homes available in the two most desirable buildings and locations (D401, G205).

Gulf Place Beach added to 30A Beaches by TDC and record breaking tourism year announced

On 10/16, 2012, The Walton County Tourism Development Council announced Gulf Place to be added to the list of 15 Beaches that are marketed by the TDC for the Scenic 30A Corridor Beaches.  There will be an additional lifeguard station also added.  Additionally, The Tourism Development Council announced at their annual luncheon that the season was a record-breaking year in tourism by every measurement.  Bed tax revenues were the highest ever recorded with double-digit increases measured for 16 straight months and an estimated 3,000,000 visitors according to the Executive Director.

Gulf Place Beach is located on the Western end of the 30A Corridor between Blue Mountain Beach, and Santa Rosa Beach. The development consists of live work condominiums, town-homes, several pools, local restaurants including Smiling Fish Cafe and Fire, boutique shopping, Ms Lucille’s Gossip Parlor, on site rental office, pharmacy, and the much sought after Gulf Place Residential gated neighborhood.  There are 3 beach access for the development, and The Santa Rosa Beach Club is directly across the street from the residential gates, and those in the neighborhood tend to take their golf carts: 18 hole golf course, member pool, snack bar and restaurant.
