WaterColor is proposing to its’ Home Owners an expansion program that will create a new grand arrival reception, improved access to the Beach Club, pools and the beach and improve the one-on-one Ownership experience.
The WaterColor Board of Directors has proposed to the WaterColor Home Owners a plan to enhance the WaterColor Beach Club and Camp WaterColor. This plan includes expanding the capacity on all levels of the club with a new larger main dining room, additional outdoor pool deck space, food service and a pizza kitchen bar on the top level of the already existing beach club structure. Elevating the level of the service through the expansion of the kitchens and menus will enhance the dining experience and, possibly, allow for the addition of a dinner service. The indoor/outdoor dining area on the new mid-level deck would allow for the seating of 150 people. The upper bar area view will increase its current 60-degree view to about 140 degrees providing the best sunset views from two outdoor bars. The renderings for both the additional changes to the current WaterColor Beach Club and Camp WaterColor are below:
The new proposed additions to both the beach club and the camp area will only enhance the value of the community and allow more space to enjoy all the amenities that WaterColor has to offer. Of course, this proposed addition does not come free. The plan will be voted on by the Home Owners and discussed in quite some detail prior to this work will begin.
